Cold
It sure it cold outside.
Actually being cold is about the only downside so far of this diet. This low calorie high nutrition diet makes my body use food more efficiently. As a result my body lowers its metabolism, but this also means my body is producing less extra heat. This makes my body noticeably more susceptible to the cold. Oh well I think this side effect is well worth all the benefits I've been having. Other than the cold, I feel great!
